Today, I am talking about suicide.  Why?  Because, a family member of mine committed suicide at the beginning of the month of September.  I am from a rural culture and this is a word people do not talk about, for many reasons.  Yet, I believe the fear from speaking about this topic keeps things in the darkness and might continue a cycle of pain.
