Back by popular demand, BgO is thrilled to welcome the Easter season with the beautiful and uplifting oratorio King of Glory -- this year we're excited to present the piece not only in Lexington, but also in Georgetown, Frankfort, Richmond and Berea!
With text entirely from the Bible, the work combines unforgettable melodies and lush harmonies, all performed by some of Kentucky's most talented singers (drawn from an area almost 200 miles wide). It's like Handel's Messiah, except it's written for today's listeners! We promise to leave you with a tune in your head and a song in your heart, so reserve your tickets today!
