The show kicks off with Taylor sharing the story of two football games that looked very similar on the scoreboard but were very different experiences for him and his players. It made Taylor realize the unhealthy mindset he's had lately(psst....you might have it to)
In the second segment, Allison shares her story of adoption: the beauty, the struggles and the lessons. This is the first tim her and Taylor have discussed it publicly and it gives a big insight into who Allison is. She also shares some of the nuggets of wisdom she's learned through the process.
Finally, Taylor shares how different he treats his new car from his old one and what that says about how we view ourselves.

When God called Israel out of slavery in Egypt to a life of freedom as his people, it was the defining moment in Israel’s history.
About our drink:
Deanston 12 year
The new, relaunched 12 year old, this single malt has been bottled at a slightly higher proof, negating the necessity for chill-filtration and as such retaining more of its original charm. A lovely dram from the Deanston distillery.
About our gear:
Nailers, also known as nail guns, are available in coil and strip nail loading configurations.
Coil nailers, often called siding nailers, use flexible strings of nails joined by wires forming a round magazine. This type of nail gun is more compact and can fit into more places than models requiring nail strips. Coil nailers hold more nails than other models, so you can drive more nails than strip nail guns before reloading. Once you have your siding nails and nailer, you can learn how to select siding by checking out our Siding Buying Guide.
Strip nailers use nail magazines arranged on a long, slender strip or cartridge that slides into the gun. Strips of paper, plastic or wire hold the nails together. This configuration distributes the weight of the nails, making them easier to handle compared to coil nail guns. That means electric nailers requiring strips also handle easier than coil varieties.
Nailers are effective and versatile. Some models are useful in heavy-duty, high-volume applications, while others work well for small jobs.
- Framing nailers handle large projects, such as building decks, constructing room additions or framing houses.
- Finish nailer guns are lighter than the typical framing nailer guns and work well for assembling furniture and installing cabinets, trim and molding.
- Staplers, tackers and brad nailers are compact and suited for precision work. They require specialized nails.
- Roofing nailers are designed for applying roof shingles. You can learn how by reading How to Install Shingles.
- Flooring nailers speed up the installation of hardwood flooring.
- Palm nailers are small, handheld tools that can drive nails in tight spaces. They don’t have onboard nail storage, so you have to reload them after driving each nail.
About the Topic:
This episode is taken from Dr. Tim Gray – Exodus: Called to Freedom by Ascension Press
When God called Israel out of slavery in Egypt to a life of freedom as his people, it was the defining moment in Israel’s history. Exodus: Called to Freedom looks through the lens of Christ and the Church to show that, more than just seeking to free his people from the domination of Pharaoh, God desired to free his people from the far more dangerous grip of sin. Presenter Tim Gray explains how the Exodus story is not just Israel’s story but our story as well, because it reveals who God is and what he calls us to be. Discover the divine purpose behind the plagues on Egypt and how God’s law reflects his love and concern. Learn the keys to authentic freedom and how a proper understanding of the Exodus can illuminate one’s understanding of the Christian Faith.
